Licensing sale manager
Responsibilities
Searching for potential partners to acquire licenses for the company's brands;
Developing presentations and managing negotiations with potential licensees; continuously expanding the client base;
Preparing commercial proposals, transaction memorandums, and letters of intent (LOI) for cooperation;
Timely preparation and submission of reports;
Maintenance, analysis, and systematization of the licensee client database;
Analysis of completed project and sales results; monitoring of licensing sales plan fulfillment.
Requirements
Conducting business negotiations;
Proficiency in 1С, ERP, and CMS systems;
Presentation skills;
Analysis of analytical data and financial metrics;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Conditions
Work location: Moscow or St. Petersburg;
Work schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 days off;
